Books (Physical Copies)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unread, unused, and undamaged books.

• Books must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• To request a return, email us at zarajadeastrid@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your book arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Send a photo of the damage along with your order number, and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Signed books

• Custom or limited edition merchandise

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
